[Note: I am saddened to have written the following paragraphs…but in this chicken-nugget world, there are some chicken-nugget-brained folks who find chicken-nugget-brained lawyers to sue others when they do stupid things to themselves. So, in attempt to protect myself from the chicken nuggets, I present the following common sense reminders]

I’m not a trained chef, and I’m not a pediatrician. So I make NO CLAIMS about the nutritional value or child-safety of these recipes. Nothing on this page is intended to diagnose or cure any disease, etc, etc.

Don’t sue me.

In all seriousness, I am a doctor, but I am not YOUR doctor. If you have concerns about any of these ingredients either for yourself or your children, I urge you to talk to your doctor first. I have made every effort to make things reasonably healthy and delicious, but no one knows your child as well as you do – proceed with discretion and make substitutions as needed.

Again, don’t sue me.

Now…let’s make some tasty food!
